The user can control the extent to which their information is made public by social media sites by visiting those sites and changing their privacy settings.
When does Venri use customer information from third parties? We receive certain information from third parties when the user contacts us. For example, when you send us your email address to express interest in becoming a Venri customer, we receive information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services for Venri. From time to time, we also collect information that is publicly available on social media sites. The user can control the extent to which their information is made public by social media platforms by visiting those sites and changing their privacy settings.
Do we share collected information with third parties? We may share the information we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties, such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we believe may interest the user. We may also share it with our current and future affiliates and business partners, and if we are involved in a merger, asset sale, or other business reorganization, we may also share or transfer personal and non-personal data to our successors.
We may engage trusted external service providers to perform functions and provide services on our behalf, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and website, storing and managing databases, managing email, marketing memory, processing credit cards, customer service, and fulfilling orders for products and services that can be purchased through the website. We will likely share the user's personal data and possibly some non-personal data with these third parties to enable them to provide these services for us and for the user.
We may share parts of our log file data, including IP addresses, for analytical purposes with third parties, such as web analytics partners, application developers, and advertising networks. If a user's IP address is shared, it may be used to estimate the general location and other technical data, such as connection speed, whether the user visited the site from a common location, and the type of device used to visit the site. They may collect information about our ads and what the user sees on the site, and then provide audits, research, and reports for us and our advertisers.
We may also disclose your personal and non-personal data to government officials or law enforcement or private parties if, in our sole discretion, we deem it necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal processes (including subpoenas), to protect our rights and interests or the interests of a third party, public safety, or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activities, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules, and regulations.
Where and when is information collected from customers and end users? Venri will collect personal data that you provide to us. We may also receive personal data from third parties, as described above.
How do we use your email address? By providing your email address on this page, you consent to receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe from any of these email lists at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or other unsubscribe option included in the respective email. We send emails only to individuals who have authorized us to contact them, either directly or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails, as we hate spam just as much as you do. By submitting your email address, you also consent to the use of your email address for targeting ads on platforms such as Google or Facebook, where we display personalized ads to specific individuals who have agreed to receive messages from us. Email addresses submitted solely through the order processing page will be used only to send information and updates regarding the order. However, if the user has provided us with the same email address through another method, we may use it for any purpose specified in this policy.
Note: If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How long do we store user data? We only keep your information as long as necessary to provide the services of Venri and to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This also applies to anyone to whom we share your data and who provides services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your data and it is not required by law, we will delete it from our systems or anonymize it so that we cannot identify you.
How do we protect user data? We implement various security measures to maintain the security of users' personal data while placing an order or entering, submitting, or accessing personal data. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information provided is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the databases of our payment gateway providers, so that it is accessible only to individuals authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are obligated to keep the information confidential. After a transaction is completed, private information (credit card numbers, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) is never stored in records. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to Venri nor can we guarantee that information on the Service will not be shared, disclosed, altered, or destroyed as a result of a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
Can my data be transferred to other countries? Venri is registered in Poland. Information collected through our website, through direct interactions with users, or by using our support services may occasionally be transferred to our offices or staff, or to third parties located worldwide, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including in countries that may not have widely applicable regulations governing the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by using any of the above, the user voluntarily consents to the cross-border transfer and hosting of such information.
Are the information collected through the Service Venri safe? We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures that help protect, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and properly use information. However, neither people nor security systems, including encryption systems, are foolproof. Additionally, people may commit intentional crimes, make mistakes, or fail to comply with rules. Therefore, while we strive to protect users' personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes any non-disqualifying obligation to protect the user's personal data, the user agrees that intentional misconduct will be the standard used to measure compliance with this obligation.
Can I update or correct my information? The user's rights to request updates or corrections to the information collected by Venri depend on their relationship with Venri. Employees may update or correct their information in accordance with our internal employment policies. Customers have the right to request restrictions on certain ways of using and disclosing personal data in the following ways. The user may contact us to (1) update or correct their personal data, (2) change their communication preferences and other information received from us, or (3) delete personal data stored in our systems (subject to the paragraph below) by deleting their account. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect other information we store or information we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion. To protect the user's privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify the user's identity before granting access to their profile or making corrections. The user is responsible for keeping their unique password and account information confidential at all times.
The user should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove every record of information provided to us by the user from our system. The necessity of creating backups of our systems to protect information from unintentional loss means that a copy of the user's information may exist in an unremovable form, which will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Immediately upon receiving the user's request, all personal data stored in databases that we actively use, as well as on other easily searchable media, will be appropriately updated, corrected, modified, or deleted as quickly and to the extent that is justified and technically feasible.
If you are an end user and wish to update, delete, or obtain any information we hold about you, you can do so by contacting the organization you are a customer of.
Staff: If you are an employee or candidate of Venri, we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. We use the collected information for personnel purposes, to manage employee benefits, and to screen candidates.
The user may contact us to (1) update or correct their information, (2) change their communication preferences and other information received from us, or (3) obtain a record of the information we hold about them. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect other information we store or information provided to third parties under this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion.
We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Venri or any of its Affiliated Entities (as defined in this document) or that part of venri.pl or any of its corporate affiliated entities to which the Service relates, or in the event we cease operations or file or have filed against us a petition for bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Affiliated entities: We may disclose information (including personal data) about the user to our Affiliated Entities. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Affiliated Entity" means any person or entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Venri, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information about the user that we provide to our Affiliated Entities will be treated by those Affiliated Entities in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Governing law: This Privacy Policy is governed by Polish law, regardless of conflict of law provisions. The user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts regarding any actions or disputes arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy, except for individuals who may have the right to bring claims under GDPR or other applicable data protection laws.
The law applicable to this Agreement and the user's use of the website is Polish law, excluding conflict of law provisions. Use of the site may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
By using Venri or contacting us directly, you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our website or our services. Continued use of the website, direct contact with us, or after changes to this Privacy Policy are published that do not significantly affect the use or disclosure of the user's personal data, will mean that the user accepts these changes.
Your consent: We have updated our Privacy Policy to provide you with full transparency regarding what is set when you visit our site and how it is used. By using our site, registering an account, or making a purchase, the user hereby consents to our Privacy Policy and accepts its terms.
Links to other websites: This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by Venri. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are not examined, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Please note that when a user uses a link to go from the Services to another website, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. Browsing and user interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our platform, are subject to the rules and policies of that site. Such third-party sites may use their cookies or other methods to collect information about the user.
Advertisement: This website may contain advertisements from third parties and links to third-party websites. Venri makes no representations regarding the accuracy or usefulness of any information contained in these advertisements or websites and accepts no responsibility for the behavior or content of these advertisements and websites, as well as offers made by third parties.
Advertisements support Venri and many websites and services that you use for free. We strive to ensure that the ads are safe, discreet, and as relevant as possible.
Third-party ads and links to other sites that advertise goods or services do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Venri for third-party sites, goods, or services. Venri is not responsible for the content of ads, promises made, or the quality/reliability of products or services offered in all advertisements.
Cookies for advertising purposes: These cookies collect information over time about the user's activity on the website and other online services so that online ads are more relevant and effective for them. This is known as interest-based advertising. They also serve functions such as preventing the same ad from being shown repeatedly and ensuring that ads are displayed correctly for advertisers. Without cookies, it is very difficult for advertisers to reach audiences or find out how many ads have been displayed and how many clicks they received.
Cookies: Venri uses cookies to identify areas of our website that you have visited. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of our website, but they are not essential for using it. However, without these cookies, some features, such as videos, may become unavailable or the user will have to enter their login information every time they visit the site, as we will not be able to remember that the user logged in previously. Most web browsers allow you to disable cookie support. However, if the user disables cookies, they may not be able to access features on our website correctly or at all. We never store personal data in cookies.
Blocking and disabling cookies and similar technologies: Regardless of location, the user can also set the browser to block cookies and similar technologies, but such action may block our essential cookies and prevent our website from functioning properly, and the user may not be able to fully utilize all features and services of the site. It should also be noted that blocking cookies in the browser may also result in the loss of some saved information (e.g., saved login data, site preferences). Different browsers provide different control mechanisms. Disabling a cookie or category of cookies does not remove the cookie from the browser unless done manually using the browser's features.
Children's privacy: We collect information from children under the age of 13 only to improve our services. Children under 13 may use our website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Changes to our Privacy Policy: We may change our Service and policies, and it may be necessary to make changes to this Privacy Policy to accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless the law provides otherwise, we will notify the user (for example, through our Service) before making changes to this Privacy Policy and allow them to review it before it takes effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If the user does not wish to consent to this or the updated Privacy Policy, they may delete their account.
Third-party services: We may display, include, or share third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third-party services”).
The user acknowledges and agrees that Venri is not responsible for any third-party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect. Venri does not accept and is not liable to the user or any other person or entity for any third-party Services.
