Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Within Poland: Free shipping for all orders.
- No hidden fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Order processing time: 22:00 (CET).
- Processing time (days): Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Friday.
- Processing time (days): 5-7 business days.
- Total delivery time: Receiving the order will take a total of 6-9 business days.
- Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
- Business days: Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
SHIPPING PROCESS
- Reliable courier services: We ship via DHL and FedX.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing your order takes us 1-2 business days (from Monday to Friday), and if you place your order before 22:00 (CET), we will start working on it the same day.
- Once shipped, we will send an email containing tracking information and a tracking code. You can track your order through our site Track your order using the tracking code received in the email. Usually, the order reaches the customer within 6-9 business days (from Monday to Friday).
ORDER CANCELLATION
- We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please remember that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once it has been processed.
PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING MISSING ITEMS
- Reporting missing products: Take photos of the issue and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package via info@venri.pl.
- Resolution: We will help you locate items if they are lost, send a replacement item, or offer a refund.
RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING COSTS
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the DATE OF DELIVERY.
- Return conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.
- Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or not as described. In the case of a damaged or incorrect product, Venri will cover the return shipping costs.
- In case of customer remorse: The actual cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit, or they no longer wish to use the product.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return and are returned to the original payment method.
RESTOCKING FEE
- No restocking fee: Venri does not charge a fee for returning goods.
